I just bought this charm today!
I think it's silver charm because there were hallmark lion passant at the back and also at the loop... (I might be wrong lol)
I really have no idea about the information.
I tried to search,but couldn't find any thing.
It signed W.C.L and there is another W under those letters
Also signed 1948
At the boredom signed TJS before hallmarks.
I need help if anybody has ever seen something similar!!!

The marks are English. TJS is the maker's mark: Thomas James Skelton makers of badges, cigarette cases, fob medals, napkin rings & spoons.
That assay town mark is Chester. The year is W for 1947.
Ooh, interesting that the pendant was assayed in Chester. The Chester Assay Office closed in the 1960s. The design is a dart board. I think your pendant was an award of some type.
