I found this vintage toolbox in a thrift store and refinished it. It's solid oak with origional Bakelite handles. I don't know any more about it. I love it and will use it as a jewelry box. I would like to know who the maker was and an approximate age.
This is actually a machinist tool box & would hold such fine instruments as micrometers. There are plans easily available & so may be privately made if not marked. NICE !
