This belonged to my grandmother. I know it is at least 50 years old. It does not have a maker on it anywhere. Is this a generic clock or what? If so, what is it's value. It does work and chimes. Itis in very good condition.

Nice looking clock. I'm thinking that it may have some information stamped on one of the movement plates. It probably uses a German manufactured movement but you would have to partially disassemble the case in order to find out.

      Hi,

A nice clock, indeed! As Bruce99 suggested, your clock has a German movement, likely made by Jauch in the 1970's. Jauch used this dial on many of their clocks. As said though, a look at the movement would probably confirm who the manufacturer is.
      Regards.
