    I saw a few similar Lily of The Valley decorated Blue Opalescent items on-line and the attributions were to Moser Glassworks. I haven't seen this particular shaped pitcher but those that I saw had the rough pontil underneath. It is blown glass, measures 5" tall by 3" in diameter (not including handle) with an applied handle and decorated with enamelled flowers surrounded by gold wreaths. It is smooth outside but the panels can be felt on the inside. Thin Opalescent glass of this kind glows unto itself....no need for fancy lighting. Let me know if I'm wrong on the attribution.
