Unusual Opalesent Pitcher Unkown Maker

I recently purchased this pitcher along with two dozen pieces of New England Glass Works pieces,including 2 plated amberina lemonade glasses.
This piece has the square mouth and the same design reeded handle found on documented New England Glass items. There is a recessed polished pontil.The camera is picking up a amber color that is not easily seen in normal light. To the eye it appears strong amber from the mouth to the shoulder, fading to clear with the blue broken line draping all over. I am not familar with this decor. If anyone has any input at all, I would appreciate your thoughts.
