Graniteware Sauce Pan Unusual Finish

Not sure what this graniteware pattern would be called. The white seems to have been globed over the blue color. It is three dimensional. The finish is pretty much glass. If you drop it the finish will break just like glass. Tiny shards of very sharp material. Should one drop a piece of graniteware/enamelware break out the vacuum and clean thoroughly.
This piece has been dropped or banged about. Just about every piece of vintage graniteware should have a spot where the finish is missing.
This is solidly vintage, could be 100 years old, Could be 60, it is hard to tell.
