Blue is the dominant colour of my bedroom, so when I spotted these vases in a charity shop I immediately knew where they will be displayed. The taller one is nearly 10'', has two stickers, one on the picture says 'Swedish art glass'. I found exactly same vases on the net. According to the internet probably it was made by Gullaskrufs Glasbruk, designed by Arthur Percy in 1952 - it is a so called 'blomglas' bulb vase. The smaller vase is 4'' tall, no marks or stickers. I'm not a glass expert, but it looks to me like a Murano glass vase.
    Any ideas are appreciated!

Love, love, love the small one. I'm still a newbie when it comes to Sommerso, so wont say it is. I understand if you would rather not, but would you tell me how much you paid for the small one.

      It's gorgeous.

I don't think 2nd one is Murano, maybe same origin as first?

Gillian, Dave, Jscott0363 - thank you all for your comment and time!!!
Gillian - I paid £3.50 for the small one and £3.00 for the bigger vase.
Dizzydave - I haven't got a clue. I'm looking for it online since yesterday and no luck.
Thank you everybody for stopping by and loving it!!!

This shape (the bulb vase) was also made by a few other designers as well. I don't mean to imply this isn't a Arthur Percy vase since it probably is. Just offering a few more possibilities. : ) I know very little about the others versions available.

Thank you Swfinluv1 for your comment. I agree, there must be other designers too, the shape looks quite common. However when I was researching my blue vase, only the name of Percy came up regarding to that particular shape. I must admit I don't know anything about Swedish glass. Thanks for the link - does it mean those vases were made by different makers? It looks to me they were made by one manufacturer, but in the headline more makers are listed.

Like Gillian said, I love, love, love the short one Martika! Fantastic shape!

I got the impression all three makers were represented in that one auction lot. A few of the vases have visible stickers but the picture isn't clear enough to ID them. Many of the Elme vases I've seen with the same outline are flatter but some of them (like this one) obviously look very similar to the Arthur Percy design:

And another, described as Aseda with more info on the difference in shape / size:

      Hi Martika,
Great pieces! Your bulbous vase looks good to me for a Percy design. There is some information about the sticker and G Hardy Co Importers (where this sticker came from) and the companies they sourced their glass from.

I'll also take a punt and say your split top vase is probably made by Formia, Murano.

      Thank you Deltab, great info!!!

What is not solved? Swedish artglass is famous for it's highquality and designs. This was made in the Gullaskruffs glassworks in Sweden and would not have taken any ways around Murano - other than inspiration perhaps.

What I ment was that it's maid in Sweden and is not Muranoglass. Found this with your label on it and that was said to be from Elme glassworks.

Me again :) There is a coboltblue vase on this page with your label. The label seams to be for the importer George Hardy.

From what I can conclude they are showing an Elme glassworks piece that was exported and then labeled with an importstamt by George Hardy when taken inte UK or USA? Don't know where that firm was located.

Thank you Elizabethan for your info !!! :)
