Hello,
I am looking for any information about the above rucksack. It is believed to be WWII. I am unsure as to which country it belonged to and my records have a few conflicting options. If anyone could provide any information in regards to this bag, it would be much appreciated.
Some additional information:
-It is believed to be from the 1940s
-It is light blue/gray in color
-Appears to be canvas with a drawstring white cord closure at the top, leather straps, and a total of three pockets (one large in front and two small on sides)
-Metal frame
-Leather shoulder straps, adjustable
-No inscriptions, stamps, tags, or any labels that could help identify a manufacturer
-I have never seen a US WWII 10th Mountain Division rucksack in this color, leading me to rule out that it is US and probably not 10th Mountain
