I got this lighter in a cigar box of stuff. The only markings are "Evans Fuel" and "US Pat. Reg. 19023"
I have seen the drunken guy on bottle openers before but could not find anything like this lighter.
Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the comments. I see the openers a lot, use caution buying those. They are being reproduced and made to look antique.
