I was wondering what ever happened to her! She's my only doll as I'd rather admire them from afar but this one's a bit special. She was given to me by a very special lady back in the 70's and packed up there with all that crystal.
I believe the original dress on her was pretty much all ruffles, mustard yellow ruffles at that. The lady (sadly) removed the tattered mess and made a black one like it instead, which I removed years later.
I don't know what the symbol is to the left of "Germany" on her back side but I bet I know who does!!! I'm sure Ms Mani can enlighten us with her wisdom of dolls.
In the background is the original linen covered pin cushion, or so I was told. Mani? What do you say?
Enjoy!
Gebruder Heubach. And it did sell for it's asking price.

She's beautiful Sue.
Celiene, thank you for that info. And that one didn't have the original pin cushion with it! This one, so far and keeping my fingers crossed, is in excellent condition.
Thanks Karen. I'm going to sew her back onto her pin cushion for the height and stick her up on the shelf above the window. There's a spot up there calling her by name ;)
Thank you all for the loves!

HaHaHa...love your description. Post her! You know, years ago I did do reasearch on this one and some have both hands up by the hair and it's apparently described as "hands away". Yours sounds like it's "hands ON" LOL!!! love you too!
Valentino, I guess I could have at least put your name there where I responded to you. That might help some. Thanks for your enjoyable comment, as always!
Thank you all for the love and stoppin' by...always appreciated!
