My title is what the price tag at the antique mall said. . He is filed with a hard stuffing, perhaps straw so 1940s seems about right. He is a neat teddy bear and with a price of $9 he is really neat.
He is about feet tall which is a respectable teddy bear size.
Also he has a pair of buttons on his vest/chest fur and has the roll around eyeballs. He is sticking out his tongue in anticipation of fine meal of honey.

Unusual markings for a teddy. I like the fact that the colors are still so bright after all those years.
