My children think this is just plain weird....Not sure what that says about my parenting!
Anyway, this was a completely speculative purchase, it has some of those obvious hallmarks that may make it Bohemian Czech Deco - the shape, the highly reflective (metallic) surface layer and the vein-like patterning.
I do not have the faintest idea who the manufacturer may be so looking for pointers as I have not seen anything like it before. Stands approx. 8.5" (22cm)
Looks like Lusterware in your photos. Several different searches didn't turn up a darned thing. :-(((
In the UK Luster Ware is not regarded as being glass - rather a type of pottery.

got one of these i bought as kralik but holding it in my hand it just doesnt feel right. although I do Believe that Kralik pioneered the gold finish before anybody did
Yep, I know exactly what you mean, certainly Art Deco by design, but by who? It's a curiosity for sure.
