    Hello everyone.

Bought this cute vase a couple of weeks ago for $3.00. I think it is really pretty and will make a good bud vase. It is only about 3 inches tall.

I could find plenty of these vases on line, but hardly anything about the company itself.

Would anyone know how old this might be.....made yesterday????

    Thanks, Judy

I think this is about 20 years old Judy. Simron doesn't seem to still export their glass.
There has been a number of Israeli glass companies producing glass similar to this. My understanding is the glass is decorated with coloured acid washes but the blanks are Italian. Some companies are still in production but there is really not much info around about this glass.
They are always pretty pieces, like this!

Hi Karen, thanks for your helpful information and lovely comment.
I think it will look nice with a posy of rosebuds in it.
Hmmm, will look into the Italian connection.......appreciated!
