Water Color & Ink Painting By Dona Goer Pittsburgh Center for the Arts Artist of the Year in 1986
I bought this painting at a house sale in my neighborhood last month. I passed up two more not realizing that they were signed. Today I went into an antique store and found the two paintings that I passed up at the house sale. I noticed that the two others were signed "D. Goer." I came home and took my painting out of the frame and found the signature "D. Goer" underneath the matting. Then, I discovered that the artist was the Pittsburgh Center For The Arts Artist of The Year in 1986. This, however, was the best painting out of the three (in my opinion).
