Hand painted and signed pair of kerosene lanterns

I received these two lamps as a gift when I moved into an old house which I was renovating. They came from an old pub and one of the glass globes had been broken so they were in storage. I think they are so beautiful and elegant and the colours are stunning. I don't know anything about their history but they are kerosene lamps and working perfectly!
