The Kralik Panelled décor is alternating panels of smooth glass and martelé glass. As the vase broadens out the martelé becomes much less pronounced. Here the martelé is seen in a very yellowy green. There are three pull ups and the feet have very long, round ended thorns.
The glass of the feet is amethyst. If the feet and pull ups look blue that is the effect of the iridescence.
In image four you see it beside a small Kralik martelé bowl in the same shade of green.

I've seen many of these Kralik paneled vases an frankly I find all unappealing however this one with these exquisite feet bring this decor alive! great piece Peggy.
Thank you Phil, the feet are indeed the highlight and as is sometimes the case the camera will capture things your eye has missed. Until today I'd thought the feet were blue!
Slap me in the face with beauty! I looove those feet.
wonderful

Pleased you think so, Kivatinitz.
Thank you for the loves, everyone.
the feet are fabulous!
sklo, the dark coloration of the feet against the green is really dramatic - another beauty!
I love the vase Peggy, but I'm crazy about those branch-like feet... beautiful color, beautiful iridescence!
