John H. Belter Victorian Sofa?

I was told by an antique dealer that this loveseat was made by John H. Belter though I cannot confirm it. It's beautifully carved and in very good condition. Top carving goes through the wood...believe wood is rosewood.
Measurements (approximate) 45 1/4 from floor to top of carving; 59 3/4 inches from castor to castor at floor; seat depth 21"; Length of seat at back 57".

This piece was purchased from a man who was downsizing and moving out of town; he said the piece had been in his family for as long as he could remember.

Any help in confirming or identifying the loveseat would be greatly appreciated.
