I haven't seen enough of these to have noticed the way that the teardrops are smeared onto the vase. This is a waisted shape in ribbed soie de verre, and has a golden iridescence all over.
It has lost two teardrops, but hey!

I don't know, Racer, but if I had to hazard a guess, I would say commoner over here than in the US. Craig or Al might know.
