Reverse Painted Urn Lamp

I purchased this a long time ago at a auction and it is very ornate I believe the base is pot metal has Indian like princess heads and lion with horns heads and a dragon on the urn at top of lamp. The shade is not that pretty but the base is so unique. Any info on identifying maker and value would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
