    I'm a Native American fan
We have here what seems like it is petrified
It about the size 5 inch long x4 inches wide x2.5 tall. ....quite an specimen. I hope there is a genius aboard. I know it wouldtake a general genius to guess where this specimen is from
And one to guess at the age. I would say maybe pre 1 AD. If right. Well am I close. I have hopes of reading the informationyou have or can fins. Thanks

Your fossil can be 359 million years old... It's lepidodendron, an extinct tree.

      Thanks.
Person to person. I want to say thanks
So what do you think about this one. Is it considered somewhat different or rare.
    3. TubeAmp TubeAmp, 8 years ago
Some may argue that it is called Stigmaria, as it is the root of the tree, I will let that fight up to you ;) As this is tree that formed most of the coal reserves, it isn't very rare, but still cool and a nice find.
