Tear gas system 1933, all service records on inside master panel.
Two pedal operated system, was replaced in 1942 with bullet proof glass, yes I have that as well as the very first marble booth the robbers went to.

Thanks for posting about this tear gas system. I'm researching them in connection with a bank robbery that happened in Reading, Ohio in 1930. The head cashier had just signed a contract for one of these systems that morning. In fact, one of the robbers mistakenly demanded the key to the teller line door from the Federal Laboratories salesman, who had just concluded his demonstration! Those demonstrations sometimes went haywire, with bank personnel getting gassed. There's a photo online of the warning plaque to be mounted outside the bank. It's awesome. Google images for "federal gas bandit protection."
