How much of a struggle ensued befoer the parents wrestled him into the suit and got that fancy collar pinned on it. How did he squall over wearing the dinky hat with the tassle? Does his exasperated expression and pose say it ALL? He is carrying a stick... How many wacks to the photographer's shins before they got him out of there??
I saw this and started wondering how common that column is for photos. I have one a lot like this. The isn't as ornate, the boy is in white knickers and argyle socks. He also holds a rosary(?) and prayer book(?)
Sounds like he may have be having his Holy Communion? But the argyle socks might not have fit the occasion. Is it me, or is the column slightly tipping right?
