Good Morning CW Members--- 1:00 AM)2016-8-11
Before i start my day at work yesterday, I stop my local thrift store, now i go right to the showcase jewelry before go anywhere else and I spot this Vintage costume jewellery Brooch, beautiful piece of work, purple stone throughout the brooch, very delicate enamel flowers, even beautiful under the piece(pic#3), enormous Purple stone right in the middle surrounded by smaller one(20), i look all over and under, did't find any marking, again probably from the 70s.
This brooch is, 2.25 inch long by 1.25 inch.
Many Thanks Everyone for Viewing.
Alan
NICE!!! I think this brooch is much earlier than the 1970s - the glass stones are set by hand, and the prongs are claw prongs. The clasp is a C clasp.
Love it!
Just gorgeous!

I agree with an earlier date, 1890-1900, Victorian cannetille (fine metal wire and small beads) and enamel floral applications. Dense and very attractive brooch, nice find Alan.
