Love these old Rotary Phones. This color is a Mediterranean Blue made Western Electric Model 500 C/D. I believe the phone was refurbished in the 1970s by ATT.
The photos do not do the color justice.
I found this at a garage sale for a couple of bucks. It plugs into a regular phone jack and works great. The ringer is very loud. These telephones were built to last and this one weighs about 5 pounds.
I am always on the lookout for a dark red phone or even the canary yellow to add to my collection.
I have one in black????
