From the same shop as the gold earrings. This design was popular in Victorian times, so perhaps this necklace dates to that period. I found one that is very similar and have posted the link in the Comments.
I will replace that nasty bit of wire with a silver ring.
I think it might be ivory, but not 100% certain.

The cross looks like bone; not certain on the beads.
davyd - I'm not certain, either...the beads look like ivory, but the cross has a somewhat different grain. Because of the crude way the cross is attached to the bail, I wonder if it's a replacement for the original. The bail has the same appearance as the beads.
