Just got this. No serial # or maker.
The back of each draw has either a 19,20 or 21. Anyone have something similar or can identify about how old it may be?

Looks to be a 20th century piece.

Some additional close up photos (drawer joints, back, hardware) should confirm.

I added pics of one of the drawers. I am just learning now about how the joints and everything can tell you more. I am just getting into this. It is so interesting.
Do these pics help at all?

The dove tails are not hand made but machine. After early 1900's.

Thanks! You guys have been great with your responses. Like, I said, I am new to this. I have a Victrola from 1920 and a hand crank phone frm the early 1900's but now am trying to educate myself on these beautiful antiques and the craftsmanship involved.
      Thanks again!

I'd put your desk in the 1920s- 50s.

I’m a little late to the game on this one but I picked up a desk very similar to this one a couple months ago in Bend Oregon. Mine is covered in several layers of awful paint that I am slowly peeling off so I can get this beauty back to the way it was intended. KPC1024, I’d love to chat with you about yours if you still have it, or if by some miracle you see this comment.
