Oriental tea cup

very tiny tea cup with holed lugs on the side, cant seem to find out any information on the piece ?
Interesting small piece of Chinese/Japanese history, I think its made to be held in the same rope as a Netsuke but not sure, I have searched around and cannot find a similar piece, any suggestions would be gratefully received
