Hi I bought this from a charity shop, but I am having difficulty finding out who made it. On base it has moulded/impressed "made in England" and incised "RW" maybe? . Inside lid it has "la" or "lo" or if you turn it round it could b "2" perhaps. I've seen others like it obviously but not with those marks. Can anyone help please? Thankyou
Thankyou Sean68

Thanks tassieDevil
I'm not sure whether it's actually a New Hall piece or just a similar look. The mark on the base isn't familiar.

Thanks antiquerose. Thanks swfinluv1 for looking, I have looked endlessy through antique marks books, it must just have been made by a small pottery .
I found a biscuit barrel on pinterest with the same shape as yours and swfinluv´s and the decor is very similar. It is a New Hall pottery piece too. Sadly I can not give you a link, but you can google it. It is possible yours was also made by this pottery. The RW might be rather a decorators mark, than the potteries mark.
Beautifully decorated Potterymad!
Thankyou Rick55. And thankyou Martika I will look at New Hall's past markings and wares see if any look similar. I looked on a Doulton and Lambeth site earlier and there was a similar marking from one of their decorators/artists, called Rosetta S Woods.
