This is another piece of G. Hill Pottery made in Scotland. It has an additional mark of Wemyss on the bottom. One of 2 that I purchased at an estate sale. My favorite pic is of the tree and picket fence. I also love the bee painted on the back of the ear.

The old Wemyss ware pigs are very collectible. Griselda Hill set up a pottery in the 1980’s, I think near St Andrews, but she must have bought the rights to the Wemyss name?

Yes, the Wemyss Ware trademark was acquired by G. Hill Pottery in 1994.
