      This is a pretty cameo, but it's just not possible to identify the woman in the portrait.

      Perhaps from the first part of the 1900s, judging from the claw prongs.

      If you have a magnifying glass, look closely at the portrait and see if you see brush strokes or dots. I can't really tell because of the glare of the flash. Natural light photos are much better.
