    this old chair is very unique, hand painted, I think French also, any ideas on this chair, needs a good dusting, but I'm affraid I might scratch the paint off, see pictures

      This is an example of an item that it isn't possible to validate from a picture. You would be better off trying to find someone local to examine it and give an opinion. Perhaps get more than one opinion.
