My father in law who has passed away found this when he worked at the old incinerator yard and passed it down to my husband. Any insight would be appreciated.

No brass is showing. It was working but was overwound too tight. Now it's not working. Can it be unwound by a watchmaker or jeweller?

The unwinding procedure should work, don't forget the hammer that AR8Jason mentioned, He's a card to draw to,lol. Love the watch
