Research suggests this chair is from 1720-1760. The type of wooden wheel castors is what I believe suggests it. The arms and legs were originally put together with dowels. I am looking for more information on it. Currently, we have removed the castors because one was broken. The chair was in several pieces when we found it in an on-line auction. We were able to put it back together without adding to what was there with some wood glue and clamps. The fabric was basically shredded but arms were apholster also with buttons down it.
