My closest guess is some kind of semaphore lamp for a railroad.
Outside of ADLAKE, it has no markings (or lens or burner for that matter).
It was converted to electric in an odd way. Not sure if I can find a replacement bulb for it, so I'll likely do it differently than they did when I try to fix it up.
I'd like to know its age, use, and model number (or what is helpful so I can find a lens to fit it).
You come up with some strange sh-t ! LOL !
I come up with anything I come up with and try to make it interesting.
I had a horrible time doing it, but I got enough wire stripped to attach cord ends to. Having done that and plugged it in, it blew up with a pop and a puff of smoke. The end of the bulb partially fused to the odd dots it sat on.
I am now using a different socket and cord. Now I need a lens.
Help with what type? Age of this?
Adlake (Adams & Westlake) is still in business. Email them with some pix. Maybe they can help you, even with lenses.
Alright. I'll try that. Thank you, Pajrr.
