2 of my more recent auction items, the larger wicker jug is unfortunately missing the handle, just broken wire remains. The smaller jug looks fantastic, both welcomed additions to my collection!

A few collectors I know, when the bottle is old, remove the wicker.
Hmmm, I never thought of doing that, good idea to find out if a hidden gem is underneath. Thanks for the info
