This is something I have had hanging around in the kitchen for a few years. Hanging on the ceiling that as is.
The interesting point for this tenderizer is the swirl pattern in the handle. This is one of those items where no two are alike.
The head is aluminum and lightweight. And as the title mentions Plasmetl which apparently is from the 1950s according to everyone's guestimate.
I rarely have to use it as my meat guys set me up with the best cuts.
That's quite something. I didn't realize that some of them came with fancy handles.
I didn't know that either!!! It is very nice!!!
Thank you very much Efesgirl.
Thank you very much TassieDevil. I hadn't known before myself.
Thank you very much Thomas. I can be rough being a cow.
Thor's meat hammer!
We used two of these, with the regular unadorned wooden handles, in my mother's Japanese restaurant back in the '60s, '70s and '80s. She might still have them somewhere in her cluttered, overfilled garage. [;>)
Thank you very much GeodeJem. Asgardian meat can be pretty tough.
Thank you very much NevadaBlades. Probably lots of neat collectibles in her garage.
