I found this 60's stoneware giraffe this morning. Reminds me of Danish mid/mod Stig Lindberg type stuff, but I can't find anyone named Deeg or Deeq. 16" tall, little tassle for the tail. Anyone know anything about this?

I bought a piece of pottery in the Phoenix, AZ, area in the 1980’s, and the piece has the identical Deeg or Deeq signature. It is a vase with petroglyphs. I was told at the time of purchase that a couple in their 90’s created the pottery in their studio. I have not since been able to find any information about them, even though I remember the pottery shop had an article about them.
