Boy, what a classic bobblehead this is! Intended for cigar store operators, this item has a retractable change tray, which is visible in this image.
Few of these were issued, and am blessed to have obtained one, complete with box for a really low price.
Just when I thought that tobacco advertising was going out of vogue, I have found this early recently issued item.
