I bought these at least eight years ago.
The maker's initials, RR, only come up as Ruth Roach. The form of the stamp doesn't match her silver stamp, so these are not her creation.
An image search was fruitless. Lots of moon and stars earrings, but none like mine.

Nice .....Pretty sure this is your designer Bonnie. A few things on Ebay with the mark and they do vary a bit. Gorgeous D&E style pieces to contemporary pins. :)

Mike - Thanks for that. I had a look at Robyn Rush jewelry and she only makes costume items. My earrings are sterling silver. I have a feeling these earrings might be mid-century Scandinavian.
Not Scandinavian, I discovered. The RR still remains a mystery.
