Limoges is a big porcelain factory in France. This factory made another serving platter, just like this one, except with a flow blue color on the edges. Your platter probably dates to the first part of the 1900s.

The flow blue platter listed on Pinterest only has a photo available:

Limoges is an area in France, not one big factory, but many, varying in quality. Some were just decorating studios, which bought blanks from various companies and then decorated them. Often a generic Limoges stamp was put on them, where the high quality pieces had their own factory, and marks

I thought it odd that is called LIMOGES CHINA, which is not a word they would use in France, and searched for something similar to this mark, but couldn’t find it. I wonder if it’s a piece of American Limoges from Sebring, Ohio ? or Sterling China also used the Limoges name at one point. Sadly, there are also many fakes from China bearing similar marks
