Gold imprinted glasses with green diamond

Inherited from my Grandparents along with a bunch of other items. Have been able to identify some, but not this.
The glass itself is actually clear - I put a piece of paper in it to show detail. This specific glass is like a drinking glass - a tumbler? But there were more in the bar it came in. The gold is imprinted in detail and the green diamonds must mean something.
There is no indication of age, manufacturer or anything on the glasses that I could see.
