    I have no information on this as I got it at a thrift store. Its just says Japan on the bottom and I havent been able to find anything on it online. It looks to be hand painted but that isnt at all unusual. No makers mark or anything. I have had for about 5 years and its the only one Ive ever seen like it. Have you seen another like it?
