Hazard Powder Co. was around from 1837-1913.
This powder flask, as the town on it is Hazardville, wouldn't date before 1857 (town becomes Hazardville). A very little bit of its original paper label remains.
Date unknown as I don't know much on these things. I'm guessing it's from their last 30 years.
