I've searched online for hours trying to find something like this for info to no avail. It's a lovely (I'm assuming) dollhouse clawfoot tub with roses applied. Feels like it's made of resin possibly. Approx 6" L across top of tub. No marking to indicate company. Any idea the age, company, value? Thanks!
That looks as if it could be a soap-dish. I could be wrong, but its a possibility. Very pretty!
Thx for the comment, but it's not big enough to be a soap dish.
Yes, it's resin. I also think it's a soap dish. I have a 50+ year old ceramic bathtub soap dish that is the same size as yours. A bar of Dove fits nicely inside.
Yours is almost certainly an Asian import item, which means it's mass produced. Value is minimal at best. Impossible to tell you who made it.
Wow, okay, I was way off. I will do some research on soap dishes then and see if I can find one like it. I did think reproduced, but I was curious if considered "vintage" from the 80's or 90's. Thanks for the help!
Welcome. Hard to say when it was made. I did several image searches and didn't find one like yours. That doesn't mean these are not out there, but rather nobody has put one on the web.
