Ribbed candle wax and abstract flower vase

I originally thought Kralik for the drips, but as I looked at corollaries in different firms, the plain ground colour and peaked "crown" or floriform rim and use of rich applied glass made me think of Harrach.

So, at that point, it's over to the group, as my knowledge of that company is almost zero: to ask if anyone has seen anything quite like it?

It is 16.5cm high.
