Pretty little syrup pitcher. 6" tall, thinking maybe early 1900.

I have acquired this little pitcher. I'm thinking maybe early 1900's. It is 6" tall with hinged lid. It has a pour spout inside. Maybe Quadruple Plate. I haven't been able to identify the mark on the bottom. All comments and info would be greatly appreciated.
