    I bought this in a job lot of silver from my friend. Looks like a Scandinavian influenced anchor to me. That's probably a slightly squashed Dutch silver sword mark in the last photo. Still attempting to identify the maker's marks. Looks like JD/DCW. I had a bracelet with the same DCW mark and couldn't find any info. What else is new.
