I found this in a Shanghai market in 1998. I love it because it's just unusual. I had no idea what it was, until I returned home in 2007 and saw an article discussing the Sanxingdui archaelogical discovery. I finally recognized the statue! It is 15 1/2" tall. It is made out of a metal with a green patina. If anyone out there knows more about the statue I would love to know.
