I have had these for about 15 years or so. Have not been able to find any info on them. I emailed the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia PA USA with no response. But they are so pretty and delicate. Third pic is from the inside of the cup to show how delicate they are! I have 5 cups and saucers - 3 with blue handle and 2 with green. I have always loved these and thought I'd share! I hope you enjoy!

American Art china works, Trenton , NJ were founded by Rittenhouse & Evans
Maybe these were early pieces before they were partners?? Just a thought
      More research required!
It would be unusual, I think, for a hotel to have their name on the base, it’s usually on the top/side
