Bought these earrings in Belgium from the same stall holder where I bought the Stanhope rosary. She was selling off the remains of her grandma's jewelry, and there wasn't too much left. I wonder what else I would've found if I'd gotten there earlier, lol!
I had no idea these were earrings until I started my research. Not a lot of info out there. I guess they are 1970s. I did manage to find a couple of other pairs, both different from mine. There doesn't seem to be any info on Onar Torecchino, however.
Took me awhile to figure out how these unique earrings are to be worn. The seller had a third one but not the mate. I bought it anyway, since I didn't know what they were anyhow. :-))) After a "test drive" I can say with 100% certainty that these earrings cannot fall off. The fit is perfect.
